I'm back. In case you were wondering or something. _{Which I knew none of you are but okay Ineedtostop}

SO, did any of you guys see the Avengers? If you didn't I feel so bad, because it was fucking awesome. Period.

I don't know if you guys know this, but I'm a super superhero nerd (lull, puns) both DC and Marvel. I watch all the movies, all the tv shows, read the comics, so on and so forth. Seriously, I have an unhealthy fetish for them. If someone asked me to marry them wearing a Captain America costume. I'd say yes. So you can imagine to my udder joy when they announced a fucking Marvel Avengers Movie. I died. I seriously, I died that day.

I have been soooo excited about his movie since I learned of pre-production in 2010. I've watched all the sub movies (The Hulk, Ironman one and two, Captain America, and Thor) at least three times, read the Avengers comics and back stories, and memorized the Joss Whedon adaption of the Avengers until I knew it backwards and forwards.
I AM AND WAS SO FUCKING PUMPED FOR THIS MOVIE.

I couldn't see it opening night because I had a test the following day, which SUCKED. and then I couldn't see it opening weekend because I had to do community service and school service. BUT, I saw it this weekend, and already have plans to see it the next!

The movie plot itself was AMAZING. I won't give away any major spoilers though, I promise! I love how they incorporated elements from the sub movies, like Tony Stark's tower, Thor's coming to earth, The hydra equipment Capn' found, and  of course the underlying subplot from the comics. I was literally dying that entire movie, It was way too much nerd-ecstasy for me to take.

And I adore how they brought Hawkeye and Black Widow in to be Avengers. I hate Spiderman, so much (especially the new hipster douche "Amazing Spiderman". God it looks awful), So I'm glad he wasn't in it. But I freaked out when I saw Hawkeye in Thor and Black Widow in Ironman 2, so I was psyched when they were the other two Avengers.  

It was seriously amazing, Whedon did a fantastic job. And all the actors were fantastic too. I was a little hesitant at Scarlet Johansson when she first appeared in Ironman 2, but really grew to like her in the avengers. She makes a good Black Widow, and a convincing Natasha Romanoff, although, she could have portrayed Natasha better, I think. Natasha was a little more sly, but still had emotions you know? But alas, I digress.

And then Hawkeye, I was wary to see who would play and portray him, since he has a really set character personality, but Jeremy Renner (Hurt Locker, The Town) did an amazing job. Really stuck with Clint Barton's character.

And Mark Ruffalo took me by surprise. I really did not enjoy the Hulk movie at all, in fact, I hated the Hulk up until this movie. He bothered me how he was just an angry monster, and not a true hero, but this movie really changed my outlook on him. Mark did a fantastic job really! He was a good nervous Bruce Banner, really believable.

Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston did a great job at the Asgard brothers. I liked them already in Thor, but Loki as the main villain was quite entertaining!

Of course, You can't argue with Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Downey Jr.  Seriously, they are the epitome of Fury and Tony Stark, they were born to play those characters.

And of course, my love, Chris Evans as Captain America. How does it work out that your favorite actor is your most favorite Marvel Superhero of all time? Seriously, he's just perfect for Steve Rodgers, really believable in character. I loved his sub movie the best too, World War II time area has always been at my fascination, and tying it in with superheros. Just, oh my god. He's such a sweetheart too, God, Chris AND Steve. They both just. UGH. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH.

AND OF COURSE I LOVED EVERYONE ELSE YOU ACTED IN THAT MOVIE. YOU WERE ALL PURELY FANTASTIC.

But seriously, see the movie if you haven't. It's fucking awesome.

And the best part of this entire journal?

They're making an Avengers two, Captain America two, and A Thor two, all before fucking 2014.
World if you end this year, I'm going to be so pissed off. You don't even KNOW.
